Do long as the egg comes from a chicken that has been vaccinated against salmonella (in the UK this is the red lion standard) runny eggs are fine

I am obsessed with my doctor! When I went in for my 1st appointment I asked what foods are absolute No Nos because you see so many blogs and advice of what not to have. he said besides Raw Fiah (sushi) and alcohol  everything is okay in moderation. I asked specifically about Subway because we get it for work a few times a month and he said as long as I am not eating the entire deli counter in one sitting I will be fine. Our bodies are like magic and work to reject anything that shouldn't be there. So long story short, eat the eggs girl!
