Weight loss help


So I have tried just about everything to lose weight. I’ve tried only drinking water with all of my meals. I would have fruit for breakfast, something small for lunch, and a large dinner. I couldn’t eat 6 small meals a day I’m never hungry that often. I’ve tried working out, done the diets. And the only thing I can think of left to try is like supplements. Any ideas? I have been trying to lose like 50 pounds. I even tried making myself throw up after eating and I gained weight 🤷🏻‍♀️ please help me. I weigh close to 300 pounds and i am 6ft tall. 🙃
