I'm so confused!

I had sex today (I'm currently 2 days late) and noticed creamy cf afterwards on him. I know it was definitely me. Now I'm very confused as I'm late for my period an my cervix is low and slightly hard and well yeh I just have no idea! All negative tests so far too. I was on the implant for 5 years which came out on the 6th June and then I got my period on the 14th and that's it so far! Been having sex during fertile time also. But all ovulation tests came back negative I'm just so confused and worried now.
