Alright ladies, i know this isn't a huge difference but to me it is. I've been going to the gym for two months now. I currently weigh 230 my goal is 150. I would love to reach this goal by January 2019. I still indulge the odd time but try to keep my diet as clean throughout the week and weekends i may have a treat like popcorn or a bowl of chips. If you have any tips that helped you fight that sweet tooth/ junk craving i would love to hear it. I will still have the odd treat but i find with stress or work i cravvvve bad stuff. I would love to hear any tips in the gym. I tend to spend about 30 - 40 mins of cardio then spend 30 to an hour doing arms or legs. I stomach area is my worst area 😬 Any tips on getting a flatter tummy? Would love to see your transformation photos for motivation 😊💪
