For most women, no. On average 6 weeks is when pregnancy symptoms start for most women. Some women do feel different earlier than others but for most women a missed period will be the first sign of pregnancy and they will feel exactly the same as they usually do before AF.

You might feel a little bit different, your hormones are going crazy and you might notice that in your behavior. Very early in my pregnancy I had a relative easy day at work, nothing special, but I was feeling sick all day and I was exhausted for no reason, when I got home and my husband asked my what happened I started crying like a baby. :-) that's not like me at all. The next day I did a pregnancy test / negative the following weekend did another test/ positive 1-2 weeks pregnant. :-) crazy
