Baby formula next step or whole milk?

What has everyone transitioned into formula next step or whole milk? My baby doesn’t like the taste of whole milk so I have been supplementing with formula - Enfamil toddler.. wondering what you all are doing? Please let me know

Children need the fat from while fat dairy. If you're not going to them while milk, they'll need it from other source. My pediatrician did NOT recommend soy milk or almond milk.

We started with toddler formula and now she is off of all of it all together! I mean she gets milk with breakfast and every once in awhile before bed but mostly nothing

after the age of one children do not need cows milk. my daughters belly has never done right with diary so shes been on almond milk and polyvisol for a while now. it's so amazing. she never gets sick, and constipation etc isnt a concern. I would recommend almond milk. fat comes from other things in the diet you create for your little one. mommy knows best.

Whole milk and even the lactose free whole milk made my daughter extremely constipated. She drinks almond milk and pediasure.

Milk made my daughter’s skin break out. One bottle of formula in the morn and the rest of the fat & calcium she gets from cheese, sips of my tea, milk in porridge, yogurt every morn and very very occasionally a small cup of milk! She seems ok. If you’re worried, just do a daily multivitamin as well. Good luck! 😘

My LO doesn’t like and won’t drink milk either (he literally lets it fall out of his mouth and then will toss the sippy cup) so I mix in the toddler formula powder into 5% fat plain yogurt. That way he gets the fat and the extra vitamins in the formula, and the formula has sugar in it so it makes the yogurt less tart. 
You don’t have to do whole milk to get the fat they need, you can get it from other sources :) but they absolutely do need the fat.

Did you do a gradual transition or a straight full bottle right away?

My child has eczema. I started with whole milk but I realized that made his skin worse. For the past few months I've been giving him almond milk. I recommend almond milk if your child doesn't like the whole milk. I also still warm it up so try that 1st if u aren't.
