I am really confused and need any advice or reassuring stories, please!

Positive pregnancy test 1 day before AF 5/4/18...continued to have another 3 positive tests then I bled for 5 days, no clots just like a normal but lighter period. Spoke to dr and he said I was most likely having a miscarriage, took a test during the bleed = negative. Once bleeding had stopped I took another test - positive. Since then I have taken tests every couple of days and all positive. Been to hospital and HCG in my blood is rising but VERY slowly...

What does anyone make of all of this? Please help I’m going out of my mind x
