Help please!!!’

Has anyone else had a significant other in jail?? My sons father just got transferred from county to a state jail and it’s been 2 days I haven’t heard from him which is not likely? Are they not allowed to use the phones while being moved somewhere else? I also set up phone account for state before he even left the county jail. Just was curious if there is a reason I haven’t gotten a call was just worried or if anyone else has been in my situation
