Where/how do I check our fertility?

Where do I go to have all my blood work done for me and my husband’s sperm checked. I want to check our fertility, we’ve been trying for 7months I’m 28 and husband is 26. Thanks 🙏

try taking some supplements. fertilaid is great. my husband takes that and Motility Boost. I take Ovaboost. I opted out of taking fertilaid because it's recommended for women with irregular cycles and mine have been regular since I was 12 lol so that's not my issue.

You can absolutely ask your OB to check your blood work and a urologist (I think) can check his semen. I went to a fertility clinic to have everything done. Just because you haven’t been trying for a year doesn’t mean you can’t ask for information from your doctor (at least in the USA). You might have to pay out of pocket for some of the testing, but I found it very helpful for me! Good luck!!

It can take a perfectly healthy couple doing everything right up to a year to conceive, so it's probably a little premature to be worrying about infertility. If you feel the need to get things checked out I would start by checking with your doctor.
