Dads??

Question

My dads not in my life anymore and it kinda makes me sad to see a little girl and he really loving and involved dad but I’ve never really felt like I needed my dad? Like what could he offer me that my mom couldn’t? I definitely wanna know how he could choose drugs over me? I want him in my life but it’s not like I break down every time I see someone with their dad. I have mixed feelings 
And can anyone tell me how to do polls?

I know the feeling when I met my now fiancé he wasn’t for it he wanted to control me so I pushed him away to focus on my life and what I want and need out of it. After I chose to be with my fiancé he told me a was a dirty whore and am going no where in life. It still cry he was my role model. It’s hard but it’s what is best for me which was not living with him the rest of my life.
