constipation?

I'm 6 weeks and 4 days. I think I'm constipated but idk. I've never really been constipated before. my stomach is hard and hurts really bad. I haven't had a bowel since early this morning. no spotting and it just started like an hr ago. does it sound like constipation? obviously if it don't stop hurting soon I will go get checked.

I haven’t pooped for days! That’s constipation! You are probably just bloated. Good luck!🍀

If you pooed today you should be okay, its probably just gas and bloating. I sometimes go a whole day without pooing. I had to get fiber bars once I got pregnant to help me pass. If you don’t go tomorrow morning try some kind of fiber supplement. If it doesn’t help then call the drs if your uncomfortable. Hope this helps ! Wish you and baby the best !!
