Does anyone experience cramping AFTER their period?
This is my first month off birth control in 10 years. So I’m not use to cramping at all. I just finished my first period being off the pills and I am still cramping. It’s been 2 days since I stopped my period. Is this normal? I took an ovulation test to check to see if maybe I was ovulating by any chance and it said no Lh.
