I went for my second ever Depo shot and I realized I gained 10 pounds in just 3 months ☹️
Such a disappointment dince I’ve been going to the gym for about a month and to know I gained is such a self esteem killer 😞
I’m worried I’ll continue I’ll continue to gain while on this birth control
