21 dpo, 7 days late for AF

Getting BFN when testing. I am never late. I feel nauseas, dizzy, headaches, hot flashes, mild cramps and bloating. I am going to the dr this week to get blood work but this is driving me mad. I know in my heart of hearts that if I was pregnant I’m sure I would be getting at least vvfl on a test at this point. Closest I’ve gotten to a vfl below... does anyone else have a similar story who has gone on to be pregnant?! I am losing hope 😞😞
