Should I have a birthday party?

I have friends but maybe only two really close ones, and many of them moved away. We just moved and we are throwing a housewarming party the same week as my birthday. Should I just celebrate with my husband and no one else?

You don’t have to have a party, maybe just a few friends round or go out for a meal? I don’t have a lot of friends myself so I always do that. It’s your special day you should be surrounded by people who love you! Celebrate!
