Omurice Japanese omelette with fried rice
I cook this all the time it's so good!
Recipe for one:
Beat two eggs and mix with garlic, salt, pepper
Heat up pan medium heat and cook omelette
Once omelette is almost cooked throw some left over fried rice in the middle
Roll up omelette
Finish off with Japanese mayo and okonomiyaki sauce and seaweed
