best conditioner for low porosity hair
i have low porosity fine curly hair and my hair CANNOT retain moisture! i need a cheap conditioner and tips and tricks for revitalizing and remoisturizing my hair. i wash my hair once a week because it is so dry, but i want to curls to remain moisturizer through out the week. if you have any tips at all lmk, im really struggling!
