Could I be pregnant?

So I’ve been in the pill for 5 years and decided to get off it it and start ttc with my hubby. I quit after my placebo pills so it could mimic my period, and just never stared the new pack, so it’s been 3 days since I’ve been off, on the second day me and my SO had unprotected sex, how likely is it for me to be pregnant? Is there any chance that I could have ovulated since I just got off 3 days ago or will it take a while?
