I miscarried on April 27th after being 11+ weeks, and today I just got AF. I had almost convinced myself that I was pregnant again already until today- I had so many “symptoms” of pregnancy that are not normal for me (heartburn all night long, weird pelvic pains, runny nose, sore throat, monster zits, .....). I’m hoping this first cycle brings me back to a place of familiarity and understanding with my body because I’ve been completely confused and in the dark about what is going on. Did anyone else find they bounced back to normal after first AF? Tell me what to expect!!!!
