endometriosis removed and have been on the Depo shot I've had 2

I had my endometriosis removed approximately 6 going on 7 months ago I have been on the Depo shot since I'm supposed to take my third Depo shot and June but I am not taking it I was wondering if there's anyone with any success stories that has gotten pregnant after the Depo shot and also after having endometriosis removed and how long did it take to conceive I also only have one tube so I know it can be difficult to do but I know it has been done any stories will greatly be appreciated
