1st Pregnancy Run
I was a regular 5k runner (3-4 times a week) and ran a half marathon last summer, but I hadn't been running regularly since March. I got my BFP at the end of April and wasn't sure if I should try running again. My doctor gave the clear so long as I didn't overdo it. Today I ran a slow 3 miles, but it felt wonderful to be back at it! I kept my HR at about 5 to 10 beats below my regular level. Any tips from other runners?
