Hello ladies. I need your help. I have had breast tenderness for around 3 months now and it just doesn’t seem to be going away. I have just booked a GP appointment but it isn’t for another 2 weeks so I need some advice.

I only have small boobs (B cup) and I’ve checked them as well as I can, although it hurts to check, and I don’t think there are any lumps.

They feel bruised. I can’t lie on my front as they hurt too much. My nipples feel like they’re going to drop off when touched. Bras have become uncomfortable.

What shall I expect when seeing my GP? Will it involve a scan or blood tests, anything like that? Im only 20 and don’t want them to just blame it on hormones because this isn’t normal for me.

Any help is really appreciated.
