What is a good bed time, if any for a 15 year old?

My mom told me my bedtime was 10 in high school but at the same time she said I could stay up and watch TV in my own room as long as I didn’t disturb her or my sisters. I generally went to bed at 11.

I wouldn't give a15yr old a bedtime. I think it's absolutely rediculous. I didn't have a bedtime after the age of 12. Lol 15 you can't really force them to sleep.

I stopped having a bed time at 12. If I stayed up too late, I dealt with the consequences the next day of being tired and miserable.

I would have found it ridiculous if my parents gave me a bedtime at 15. You're old enough at that age to choose and deal with the consequences if you didn't get enough sleep
