This is my first pregnancy and I’m 4 weeks along. I’ve had mild to moderate cramping on both sides and lower abdomen off and on for the last week. I have had zero bleeding and my doctor does not seem concerned at all. I had a vaginal ultrasound yesterday and nothing was seen I go in early June for a repeat scan to see the gestational sac. Is this cramping normal? Feels like period cramps. I’m just a nervous nelly and want to do everything in my power the next few weeks to make sure I’m in the clear. There is no miscarriage history in my family.
