Soccer first trimester
Hey moms this is my second and I was very active with my first going to the gym almost everyday up until 40 weeks. I have been consistently working out (running/jogging/gym) and I took on a soccer league twice a week prior to finding out I was pregnant. Would you consider it safe to play in the first trimester? My first appointment is June 7th my first soccer game is May 29th. Thank you!
