Nearing the end of my TWW

My husband and I completed our first IUI 11 days ago. I have had very mild cramping and lower back pain with no spotting over the last several days. I'm so anxious/nervous, each time I go to the bathroom I look for that dreaded spotting... I think I may test tomorrow, that is 14 days post trigger shot, and 12 days post IUI. Is the cramping a bad sign, some research says it could be my uterus stretching and expanding, but I'm trying to not get my hopes up. Any success stories or words of wisdom, this tww has been awful.

Update: morning test was negative 😩. still mild cramping and no bleeding....
