I honestly suggest to quit eating meat! go vegetarian for a while. I lost 35 pounds with that. meat blocks you up, can stay in your digestive track for up to 6 months.

I suggest getting a Fitbit or if you want something cheaper iFITNESS watches are great for $35. When I started using my iFITNESS watch I became fascinated with tracking my steps and seeing how many calories I burned by just walking. Once you get into it you start watching what you eat and trying to do better. No sodas! They make you bloated. Try and eat in smaller portions by using smaller plates for meals. And do activities you enjoy like evening walks, swimming, walking on a beach, or sports. If you want to steadily lose weight track your calories and get enough exercise in to cancel out the calories you ate. Good luck!

Just change ur diet and eat clean. No sodas or junk food and no fast food and you’ll see a difference. And if u want to workout then start small and walk outside or jog whichever u like.
