Apple Cider Vinegar safe while pregnant?

Hi ladies
I’ve been taking ACV for 2 years and it’s truly helped with my constipation issues now that I’m pregnant 1m 5 weeks the be exact and I’m BEYOND CONSTIPATED AND IM DYING HERE! I’m ssooooooo bloated and constipated. 
I use the ACV organic one is it safe?

Not sure on organic specifically but I make a cold remedy drink with acv, lemon juice and honey with hot water anytime I am sick, mentioned what I drink to my doctor and he said it's perfectly fine.
