Back labor?

What is the difference between regular pregnancy back pain and back labor!? How do I know if I’m experiencing back labor or not!?

You'll know. I had it with my first and had two people trying to put counter pressure on my back with each contraction. I don't even remember the uterus contractions with my first because there was so much pressure on my spine. With my second labor, it was almost all in the front. Still f@^*ing miserable, but not back labor.

It will come in waves like contractions and continue to intensify. I went through it with my last baby and it's the worst!

Can this last for days! I’m 35+2 and have been having the worst back pain for the past 4-5 days. This is my third and I’ve been having contractions which I’m thinking are just bh contractions. I’ve never experienced such horrible back pain in either of my other pregnancies. It’s so bad I can barely walk at times. My little guy is still active although not as much as he use to be. My mom and sister think I should call the ob but I feel like I should know since this is baby #3 😂.

instead of the contraction pain being in and around your uterus, you will feel it in your lower back. so as the contraction starts the pain will radiate from your spine
