Weight loss tips?

Hey ladies. I'm coming to you all because I feel like I've tried it all. Vegan, low carb, juicing, diet pills, etc etc etc. I was 200lbs when I got pregnant with my twins and after one of them was stillborn I got so depressed I didn't get rid of the baby weight. Then my husband and I suffered two miscarriages and I continued to put on weight because of stress and depression. This is the most current full body photo of me weighing in at 267lbs and I feel absolutely horrible about myself. My husband says he loves me no matter what but when we first started dating I was around 150lbs and no matter what he says I feel extremely unattractive and since we want to continue TTC I want to shed some weight to make sure I'm healthy and my weight won't cause any complications. I'd love any advice on how you ladies have been successful at losing weight and I'd love to see your before and afters. Thanks in advance for any advice!
