Trigger warning miscarriage

So I had posted last week I found out I was pregnant with baby number 2. Wednesday I went to the er I started getting negative tests and wanted blood work they said my level was only at 23. I went in last night I had been bleeding since Friday. My level went down to a 6 and they did an ultrasound and there was nothing even in there. I had gotten so excited about having a second child. Now I just don’t even know how to feel about it. I was only five weeks along but I still feel like my heart was ripped into pieces
