Hello everyone!

Has anyone ever dealt with anemia or is dealing with anemia. I was giving iron supplements from my doctor but they make me very constipated and I’m trying to find a better option because I have been feeling so tired and my skin has been very dry. Does anyone else have this issue and if so could you give me any type of remedy or game plan that you used to help your anemia. 🙏🏾 PS I am not pregnant or have never had a Child is not due to pregnancy... I need answers
