My husband and I have been TTC since April of last year. It was heartbreaking seeing negative pregnancy test after negative pregnancy test so when we finally got pregnant in December, we were ecstatic. Sadly we miscarried just after Christmas and it was the hardest thing in my life. My husband also got deployed shortly after and I have been battling clinical depression since.

My husband got back at the beginning of May just in time for our 2 year wedding anniversary and we resumed TTC and finally on May 24th, 6 days before my next period, I took a test and it was positive!!! And I took another one this morning and it’s darker than the first one and I haven’t even missed my period yet. The first pregnancy, the test showed a clear but faint line even though I took my test on the day I missed my period.

Does the strength of the line indicate anything? I want to be excited for my pregnancy (I am!) but I’m also hesitant and scared because I just don’t want to lose my baby again.
