So I sold a Michael Kors Purse on eBay about a month ago. Pretty much brand New, but I got it as a gift and didn't love the style. So I get a notification within a few days that I've been paid by the buyer, so I shipped the purse. But then the buyer somehow retracted payment before it got processed or something. Anyway, I never got paid. I contacted the buyer twice and I've opened a case. eBay just emailed me saying they're closing the case on June 4th. Does this mean I'm not getting paid? How the hell is that legal?!
