anybody on bed rest??????

I've been placed on bed rest due to a short cervix its day 3 and I'm going nuts anyone else going through this and if so any advice on how not to be so bored and get so fat????

I was not, but my friend was on bed rest from 12weeks on. 😱😱😱 she made herself a sced everyday so she wasn’t so bored.  She did light arm exercises and read A LOT. Good luck

I was on bedrest from 30 weeks until birth.  I got really good at PC gaming lol

Kind of - I’ve been in bed for 8 weeks with hypermesis.. try to sleep and just take it one day at a time. It’s bloody miserable

Been on bedrest since 18+3 with a small placenta abruption and low lying placenta (complicated by bleeding and cramping!). It definitely isn't easy! We are now 28 weeks and I've been getting by slowly with Netflix, reading, knitting, colouring in (it's therapeutic in the moments you really want to drive your head through a wall). I'm currently studying a postgrad cert so I've been keeping busy with studying. I've also got some pretty great girlfriends who have been popping in every week to keep me company. The main thing- don't be hard on yourself, it's so bloody hard to be on your butt all day but it will be worth it!! Good luck 😊
