I am 36 days late. My period has never been regular since coming off of birth control in October. I have also been diagnosed with PCOS. I have absolutely no idea when or if I even ovulated. Recently, I’ve been spotting lightly (on and off the past couple of weeks) I had some pretty bad cramps today and yesterday and I always get cramps the day of my period. I was convinced my period was starting. However, I have not gotten my period. In fact, the spotting stopped, but the cramps continue to be on and off. I have every single pms symptom, along with being extremely emotional (which never happens). This test looks negative to me, but I wanted a second opinion and to see if anyone has any suggestions.
