whats safe and whats not safe for early pregnancy im 5weeks is laying on your back okay?

ant position is fine until they start to become uncomfortable then they suggest laying on your left side

After 20 weeks you shouldn’t lie on your back bc the baby/placenta push on your spine compressing your blood flow to your brain and you could pass out or get very dizzy. Left side allows baby to get the most blood flow but right side is perfectly safe as well. They also recommend not laying on your stomach after 20 weeks as well.
