Could this be something bad ⁉️⁉️⁉️⁉️⁉️⁉️

I have had swollen tonsils in the past and it made me really sick, i also have been super sick from my sinuses and a month ago I had bronchitis and got super sick well since Thursday I’ve had a sore throat and I checked my throat today and I had weird bumps towards the end of my throat, I just want to know if anyone else has had something similar happened ? And can give me advice ? ( I had drank soda before this picture was taken just a FYI 😩)
