I NEED YOUR INPUT!

So I have a new boyfriend now and we only been talking for two months but and he just now asked me to be his girlfriends so we only officially been together for literally two weeks. But again new each other for two months got to know each other and talk and stuff.i personally feel ready to tell him that I love him but I feel like others may judge me.. I already know he loves me because he kind of told me. But I think I feel like it still is to early to say and so does he. So my question is When did you guys tell your SO that you lived them?
