hi ladies I'm 23 and I'm already weighing 261 and its been a constant battle trying to lose weight naturally the only time I seem to lose some weight is while being pregnant. I lost only like 7lbs my first pregnancy and gained 20 at the end of it making me weigh 250. fast forward two years. im 261 and currently pregnant with my second I was weighing at my heaviest ever 269. I have tried eating healthy working out. and nothing seems to work have any of you ladies got a gastric sleeve with Medicaid ? and if so how was your process? I want to see if I can get the gastric sleeve after I have my second. I feel disgusted with myself and I just want to feel better in my own skin again. I was a size 12-13 I'll like to be a size 10 at least. any advice. thanks in advanced.
