anyone else??

last week at my 35week appt i was told im not gaining enough weight. i havent gained any since like 33ish weeks total of 15lbs. she told me i need to gain a pound a week. what if i dont gain any? my 36 week appt is tomorrow. baby weighed 5.4 at 34week ultrasound

baby will gain what it needs to. I gained 14lbs my entire 1st pregnancy. went into preterm at 32 weeks and was told baby was only 3 pounds at the time. I was put on bedrest and he came at 37 weeks weighing 6.9.6lbs. you'll be fine!

Maybe try adding in protein drinks such an ensure or boost? Some added calories without needing to really add in additional meals. 
Some people just don’t gain weight but 15lbs in total this far seems normal to me!

I'm 35 weeks and I haven't gained a single lb, although I look pregnant.  My ob did a growth scan on baby at 32 weeks, and he was measuring ok, despite my lack of weight gain.  I have a another growth scan this Friday to check again.  I gained weight with my previous pregnancies, the only thing I can think of is that I gained 20 lbs in the last few years, so I'm thinking that weight just re-distributed during this pregnancy

It sounds like the baby is on track so it’s surprising they are concerned!  Did she give you any tips?
