Hey ladies, how many of you get chronic UTIs? What do you do to manage the pain/treat the infection? Why do you get them chronically/have you figured out what causes them?

I have been getting them usually about once or twice a month for the past 2 years, but every time I go to the doctor it’s just the same routine of antibiotics and a lecture that I’m not doing things right (even though I do everything you’re supposed to in order to prevent them). All I want is some dang relief 😩
