Back & lower abdominal pain

I’m 29 weeks and boy oh boy am I starting to experience a lot of discomfort . I’m starting to get a lot of back pain and lower abdominal pain. This isn’t fun and I hate going to the hospital to be sent right back home. Anyone else is experiencing this ?
