Working out and reading up
Every time I work out I feel more energetic to read something from my baby book stack (sitting, not on a bookshelf but on the one item I have prepared for an I conceived baby, a changing table)
I’m not pregnant, I’ve been trying for four months, going on five and at first I wants to do nothing but read these books and lose weight for my baby. But as the months go by, I busy my mind with other things and put the weight loss and valuable information aside so my hopes don’t get crushed.
New goal though! Work out every day and read a chapter a day!
