has anyone suffered with spd

I suffered with my daughter from around 13 weeks was very painful but I the bigger I got the more difficult it was. i am around 6 weeks pregnant and have period type pain and numbness in my hips and tops of my legs (feels just like I did with my daughter) however all information online says it starts around 2nd trimester. has anyone else had this... I have called my midwife about pain and she is getting me in for an early scan this week to have a look at what's going on just in case.
