I took a nap yesterday, and when I woke up of course I had to use the bathroom. when I finished and wiped, I noticed pink blood mixed with the regular white discharge. I was scared to death and rushed to the ER where they did lots of blood work and an ultrasound. The Dr. said that the ultrasound looked fine and the baby was measuring at about 19 weeks give or take 3 or 4 days, and the only thing they found was a small vascular spot on the placenta, which in most cases is no cause for concern. He called my OB, put me on pelvic rest, and my next appointment with my OB has been moved up. I'm just really nervous about it all. I've gone 19 weeks without any bleeding of any kind and even if he said that it's no cause for concern, I'm still concerned. has anyone else experienced bleeding this far along?
