How can it take so long for some women to get BFP?

Renee 👦🏼👼🏻👧🏻👼🏻👼🏻👼🏻👶🏻 • Stay at home mom. My family is my life.

So many women get BFP around 9-11dpo which makes sense because of how long it takes the egg to travel and do all that stuff, but I’m currently 17 DPO and af is late. I feel like I would be getting BFP’s now if I had conceived. I’ve heard of some women not getting their BFP until 2 wks after af was suppose to show. Anyone have any ideas? Are some fertilized eggs just really slow movers????? So confused.....🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️
