Can someone tell me what's wrong with my gums?!

I went to the dentist a few weeks ago because of pregnancy gingivitis. I noticed my gum look like they're receding? by these two teeth but the dentist didn't say anything about it

it looks like you maybe brushed to hard and ripped your gums a bit.  
you should be using a soft bristled tooth brush and tooth paste that has the ADA seal of approval (otherwise it's too abrasive). and definitly br flossing especially if you have a form of gingivitis.  I do suggest looking up how to properly floss. most people do it wrong. I was doing it wrong and didn't know until i went to dental school.  the best I can explain it from here is that you can't just go in between the teeth and call it good,  you have to go under the curve of the tooth (in between the gums and bottom of the tooth) as far as you can roughly forcing it.  it's ok to bleed a little if you have been doing it wrong. but the point in flossing is to get the germs from any parts the gum isn't completely attached to the tooth.  and that includes behind your back molars as well. and wipe off the floss (or get a big enough piece to move to a clean spot) at least every other tooth or your just putting more germs into the next tooth you floss. gingivitis is nothing to mess with. good luck.
