I have know idea what to do

I'm not sure if any of these apps are right since a few hours ago when it was Technically Tuesday I was showing since it it being my ovulation day plus they say 2 different dates for my ovulation date so I'm really not sure any ideas the one on top I've been using like forever and I'm new to glow plus this months period was not like it usually is
