Birth Control that doesn’t make you gain weight??

I need help deciding which birth control method is the best for me and that won’t make me gain hella weight? Help ya girl out please!💁‍♀️

The pill doesnt make you gain weight. It can increase your appetite but only you decide what and how much to eat.. That's how most women "gain weight" while on the pill.

I was discussing BC options with my doctor yesterday and he told me Depo shot is really bad for weight gain! 
I gained 20 pounds from the Pill cause it made me depressed and I eat when I’m depressed lol.

Any birth control can make you gain weight, I tried the pill, the implant and the depo and each one made me pile on weight whereas someone else may not experience it. If it's a hormonal birth control there's no telling what side effects you'll get :/
